WE WATCHED AS DEPUTIES HANDCUFFED THE DRIVER OF THAT SUV. DEPUTY STATE. THIS CRASH STEMMED FROM A ROAD RAGE INCIDENT. THEY SAY ONE PERSON FIRED SHOTS AT SOMEONE BUT NO ONE WAS HURT ACROSS THE STREET AND SAW A MAN COME OUT OF A GRAY SUV AND GET INTO A CAR WITH ANOTHER WOMAN BEFORE DRIVING OFF. NICHOLAS MORRIS SAW THE SCENE UNFOLD. YEAH, I ACTUALLY DROVE BY IT TWICE BECAUSE I I MADE A WRONG TURN ON THE FIRST TIME I DROVE PAST, WAS JUST WHAT 2 CARS IN EACH OTHER ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a vehicle crash on Pondella Road and Northside Circle in North Fort Myers which lead to a shooting. There have been no reported injuries. According to Sheriff Carmine Marceno on X, the crash stemmed from a road rage incident, in which one person fired shots at another.
