Taylor Swift is opening up about her private world with Travis Kelce.

On Friday, Dec. 12, the Grammy winner launched the first two episodes of her new Disney+ docuseries, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour | The End of an Era. And the show offers a rare glimpse at her romance with NFL star Kelce, 36, which blossomed while she was on her record-shattering tour.

In one scene from the first episode, Swift, 35, is in the car and on the phone with Kelce as she makes her way to Wembley Stadium to perform a sold-out show. When she answers his call, Swift exclaims “Baby!” before later telling the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, “I love you.”

On the same call, Swift bemoans the fact that Kelce — who was in the U.S. for practice — can’t be at the London show with her, playfully asking him, “Why do you have to be in the NFL?”

Elsewhere during the call, the pair bond over similarities in their professions. “We basically do the same job,” Swift tells Kelce, who responds, “You got teammates, I got teammates.” Swift goes on to tell her beau, “You’ve got Coach Reid, I’ve got…my mom,” as they both burst into laughter.

As the conversation winds down, Kelce tells Swift, “Thanks for making my life better.” Swift then responds, “I know, this was like, somem people get a vitamin drip. I got this conversation.”

Later in the episode, Swift — once again in the back of a car — gives Kelce another call after playing her Aug. 15 show in London, her first following a thwarted terror plot aimed at her tour stops in Vienna. Swift had been vocally nervous about returning to the stage, but afterward, she energetically exclaims, “We’re back!”

On the call with Kelce — as her love song “Sweet Nothing” plays in the background — Swift tells him, “It went so great. I’m so happy,” to which he sweetly responds, “Oh, I can hear it in your voice so much.”

On Aug. 26, Swift and Kelce announced on Instagram that they were engaged after two years of dating. “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨,” the pair captioned the post alongside a dynamite emoji, a reference to their couple nickname, “TNT.”

The first two episodes of Swift’s six-part The End of an Era docuseries are now streaming on Disney+; Swift also released The Eras Tour | The Final Show, a Disney+ concert film from her last performance in Vancouver in December 2024, on Dec. 12. The projects come two months after Swift released her record-breaking 12th album The Life of a Showgirl.
