WREX — It’s no secret that Auburn Senior Amir Danforth’s Uncle is Auburn legend and NBA Champ, Fred Van Vleet.
Notice “Auburn Legend” being listed first.
However, his nephew, may be coming for legend status as well, if he isn’t already there.
Danforth, in a win over Boylan on Friday Night, became the RPS All-Time Leading Scorer, breaking FVV’s record of 1,754 points.

The Knights cruised to an 80-67 win over the Titans, in which Danforth led the team in scoring with 27 points.
Champ Parker finished with the second most points for Auburn with 21.
