Over the last few weeks, we’ve heard rumblings of who will be playing next year’s Milwaukee Metal Fest. First, it was confirmed that Acid Bath would be headlining and that was why the festival’s dates were moved. Then we learned that not only was Iron Reagan reuniting, but they were playing at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom during the annual fest.
Now, with the holidays right around the corner, festival organizers dropped a big ass gift at our heavy metal tree and revealed a couple dozen acts slated to play Milwaukee Metal Fest 2026 — and the list is already jam packed with hard hitters.
According to today’s announcement, Acid Bath will be the headliner on Friday, June 5, Killswitch Engage will headline Saturday, June 6, and Ministry will headline Sunday, June 7.
In addition to the headliners, we now know a huge number of bands that will be playing the fest. Some standouts include Agalloch, Obituary, Deadguy, Nails, and Polkadot Cadaver, to name a few. The following is the full list of currently announced acts so far:

The Milwaukee Metal Fest will once again take place at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom from June 5 to 7, with a pre-party scheduled to take place on June 4. Tickets will go on sale this Monday, December 15, with single, two-day, and three-day options available.
