Monday night, the Dallas Mavericks (10-16) hit the road to face the Utah Jazz (9-15) after winning five of their last six games.

The Dallas Mavericks head to Utah for a quick one-game road trip to take on the 9-15 Jazz, looking to build on their recent hot streak.

The Mavericks have won five of their last six games after struggling out of the gate amid injuries to key pieces at the start of the season. Anthony Davis has returned to the lineup recently and putting up good numbers for the Mavs, including his 24-point, 14-rebound performance on Friday night against the Nets.

Rookie star Cooper Flagg has also found his stride lately, averaging 23 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.1 assists in this six-game stretch.

The only loss in those six games came against the OKC Thunder, who have lost only once all season long. 

Utah enters the matchup fresh off a win against the Memphis Grizzlies, led by a 39-point shooting clinic put on by Keyonte George.

This is the first game between the Mavs and Jazz this season. Dallas is 3-6 on the road this season.
