Kim Porter’s life continues to be celebrated by her children.

In honor of what would have marked the late model’s 55th birthday, her and Sean “Diddy” Combs’ twin daughters D’Lila Combs and Jessie Combs marked the occasion with sweet post.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY,” the 18-year-olds wrote on Instagram Dec. 15 alongside a throwback picture of them posing with Kim. “We love u sooooooo much. We miss you so freaking much and we know you are always walking by our sides. #foreverkp.”

Kim’s birthday was also marked by her and Diddy’s son Christian Combs, who shared a series of throwbacks of him and the late model, writing, “HAPPY HEAVENLY BIRTHDAY MOMMY!!!”

“I miss you sooo soo much,” the 27-year-old added. “I wish I could be with you right now and hug and kiss you!! You are the reason I keep going every day! I love you and miss you mommy ! #Foreverkp.”

Kim—who died in 2018 at the age of 47 following a battle with pneumonia—also shared son Quincy Brown with singer Al B Sure! The Dope actor shared that ahead of his mother’s birthday, he came across a camera with old pictures of her.

“Happy Birthday Mommy!,” he wrote alongside the photo on Dec. 15. “Forever blessed and grateful for the strength you instilled in me.”

The 34-year-old continued about the never-before-seen pic, “Had to share this gem wit yall on her day. I love you Mommy!”

In the years since Kim’s death, her loved ones, including her best friend Kimora Lee Simmons have kept her legacy alive—as well as a close relationship with her kids.

“I’m like the auntie, whatever they need, and they’re very close to us and my kids,” the Kimora Back in the Fab Lane star told USA Today in an interview published Dec. 10. “We live very close to each other, literally walking distance across the street. We’re very, very close. I have my eye on them, as I have since they were born. I was in the room when they were born. I love them. I’m so proud of them.”

Kimora shared that Kim and Diddy’s daughters are on track to follow their mother’s footsteps, adding, “They have so many things they want to get into, from fashion to modeling. They’re gorgeous like their mom. They remind me of her.”
