546,043 raffle tickets were bought this year to help benefit the Spokane Symphony.

SPOKANE, Wash. — Christmas Tree Elegance has come to an end, and it was another record-breaking year for sales.

According to the Spokane Symphony, 546,043 raffle tickets were bought to help benefit the Spokane Symphony.

“After 43 years, I am thrilled that this event continues to grow each year, which in turn supports our fabulous Symphony,” Christmas Tree Elegance co-chair Kris Lamberson said. “I am very proud of the community support that allows us to help our Symphony thrive.” 

There were over 20,000 more tickets bought this year compared to last year’s record-breaking year.

There were 16 trees staged at the Historic Davenport Hotel and River Park Square, with winners coming from Newport, Deer Park, Ford, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Mead, Kent, Washington and Salem, Oregon.

“You are the most outstanding group of people I know, and I am extremely grateful for all you do to support the work of the Symphony,” Spokane Symphony Music Director James Lowe said.
