The NBA Cup portion of the schedule wraps up on Tuesday night as the San Antonio Spurs take on the New York Knicks for the NBA Cup championship–a game that doesn’t count in the standings. It is the only game on the schedule and then the NBA goes back to its regular season schedule throughout the season.
The Philadelphia 76ers are currently 14-11 after a loss to the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday despite a huge effort by Paul George who then addressed the thought that he was washed. If the Sixers are going to get this type of performance from the 9-time All-Star on a consistent basis, then they are going to be in a great position going forward.
