Korn‘s 1994 song “Shoots And Ladders” has shown up as the soundtrack in a newly issued video by Gregory K. Bovino, who currently serves as the ‘Commander at Large’ of the United States Border Patrol. Bovino has also been overseeing command and high-profile roles in connection to this year’s wave of immigration raids being conducted by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, aka ‘ICE’.

The video featuring the classic Korn track was posted on Bovino‘s official Facebook profile yesterday, December 15th, and features narrated commentary and interpretation on Isaiah 6:8 from the bible. The video content goes on to show various imagery of the U.S. Border Patrol suited up in a vehicle and more. The nü-metal band themselves have seemingly yet to publicly comment on the usage of their song in the video.

Recent months have seen numerous musical artists take public issue with their songs being used in video content by U.S. government agencies. Per those high-profile complaints, their songs were allegedly utilized in the videos without the expressed approval and consent of the artist.
