First Teaser for Ryan Murphy’s ‘The Beauty’ Series with Kutcher & Hall

“One shot makes you… hot.” FX on Hulu has revealed the first look teaser trailer for a spicy new series titled simply The Beauty, the latest Ryan Murphy TV series creation. This one looks so clearly inspired by The Substance, so much so that it’s almost like Murphy is jealous of its success and wants to replicate it in his own weird way. Agents are sent to Paris to investigate “the Beauty” STD causing aesthetic enhancements but proving lethal – evading corrupt officials and a mercenary targeting them amidst a suspected government conspiracy. Their path leads them into the crosshairs of “The Corporation” run by Ashton Kutcher, a tech billionaire who has secretly engineered this “miracle drug”, and who will do anything to protect his trillion-dollar empire — including unleashing his lethal enforcer, “The Assassin”. Uh huh. The series is set across Paris, Venice, Rome, and New York. Starring Evan Peters, Anthony Ramos, Jeremy Pope, Ashton Kutcher, Rebecca Hall, & many more. With guest stars Bella Hadid, Isabella Rossellini, Ben Platt, Jessica Alexander, and Vincent D’Onofrio. The Beauty is a “global thriller” that asks: what would you sacrifice for perfection? Pretty sure we already know the answer for most people is: anything & everything.

In FX’s The Beauty, the world of high fashion turns dark when international supermodels begin dying in gruesome & mysterious ways. FBI Agents Cooper Madsen (Evan Peters) & Jordan Bennett (Rebecca Hall) head to Paris to uncover the truth. As they delve deeper into the case, they uncover a sexually transmitted virus that transforms ordinary people into visions of physical perfection, with terrifying consequences. Their path leads them directly into the crosshairs of “The Corporation” (Ashton Kutcher), a shadowy tech billionaire who has secretly engineered the miracle drug and will do anything to protect his trillion-dollar empire—including unleashing his lethal enforcer, The Assassin (Anthony Ramos).
