…The county is requiring Tepetonka use non-toxic shot at the sporting clays, and Haugejord says they no problem with that. He doesn’t anticipate doing anything to the property other than possibly adding some bathrooms. He says they will likely open the golf course in mid summer 2026, and open Tepetonka Ranch in October. Tepetonka will pay the county $25,000-per-quarter to lease the land.
