GWAR and Insane Clown Posse have faced off in a newly shared episode of ‘Hot Ones Versus‘ just in time for the holidays. ICP‘s Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope stepped up against GWAR‘s vocalist Blöthar the Berserker and guitarist Balsac The Jaws Of Death in this escalating series of questions and challenges, with wrong answers and failed attempts being met with the wrath of eating chicken wings coated with The Last Dab hot sauce.

In the episode, Shaggy 2 Dope was asked about his infamous 2018 attempt at dropkicking Limp Bizkit vocalist Fred Durst onstage. Shaggy largely whiffed that kick and was hauled off by security, leading to Durst mocking him from the stage. While a mini-beef would breakout, it would appear that tensions were ultimately eased fairly soon afterward. Being asked now in this Versus battle what caused him to try to kick the nü-metal star, Shaggy replied: [transcribed by theprp.com]:

“Well, alcohol was involved. That was done as a work — [a] wrestling work dropkick — I wasn’t actually trying to dropkick him for real. I don’t know why in my drunk brain, I just figured that he was also a wrestler and he’d know to ‘sell’ the move. He didn’t sell it… How he sold it was their security came out and choked me out onstage and dragged me out. I’ve apologized a million times over since. I feel like a dumbass of course for doing that shit.”
