Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta’s eldest son Gabriel made another appearance for the Gunners’ U17 team in a friendly against Shrewsbury Town on December 18th.
The game ended in a 1-1 draw.
Gabriel Arteta Bernal, who plays as a winger, previously featured for Arsenal U17s against Watford in the Premier League Cup in October.
The 16-year-old, who was born in June 2009, would be classed as a first year scholar if he was to officially sign for Arsenal.
Arsenal have a connection with Shrewsbury, with winger Ismeal Kabia currently on loan at the League Two club, while Charles Sagoe Jr previously had a loan spell there.
