BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – The operator of a Burlington mental health clinic will pay the state of Vermont $200,000 to settle allegations of Medicaid fraud.
Vermont’s attorney general says Revolution Youth, which runs the Eden Valley Mental Health Clinic, submitted hundreds of false records of Medicaid claims to the state.
They will now pay the state back in damages and penalties under the settlement agreement.
