Updated: The APD reports that missing and endangered Apopka resident Carlos Zigrovic has been located.
“Carlos was located this morning, safe and sound. Thank you!!” APD Sergeant Jennifer Rudich said in an email to The Apopka Voice.

The Apopka Police Department released the following statement about a missing Apopka man:
* Missing and Endangered Adult *
“On December 31, 2025, at approximately 2:00 pm, Carlos Zigrovic (76-year-old Caucasian male) drove to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive located at 2850 Lust Road in Apopka, FL 32712. When Carlos arrived, he began walking the area, leaving his vehicle in the parking lot. Carlos Zigrovic is considered “Missing and Endangered”.
Zigrovic was last seen wearing light beige/green, long pants, and a long-sleeve blue shirt. Carlos is 6’03” and weighs 175 pounds, has blue eyes, grey hair, and wears eyeglasses. It is believed Carlos may still be in the area of the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive, located at 2850 Lust Road in Apopka.”
