Juan Brito went 2-4 in the Dominican Winter League last night. He’s been exclusively playing first base there – not sure what to make of that. Milan Tolentino had 3 hits including a homer in Mexico. Johnathan Rodriguez has an OPS under .680 in Puerto Rico. Not good, but how significant? We will see.
Robert Murray, MLB insider, says aside from Okamoto signing soon, all is quiet around the league. Teams hoping for good deals late this month and early February, I guess.
