Before Erika Kirk married the late conservative activist Charlie Kirk, she was looking for love in New York City. The mother of two previously appeared on Season 3 of Bravo’s “Summer House” as star Jordan Verroi’s date.
His housemate, Carl Radke, who said he was a friend of Kirk’s, set up the date for Verroi.
In a resurfaced clip from the episode, Radke described Kirk as “beautiful,” noting she “happens to be religious.” Radke then took Verroi to meet Kirk and her friend Sydney at a bar in New York City for drinks.
Verroi told the cameras that his date Kirk has “beautiful blonde hair.” He added: “I can tell that she’s not only got outer beauty, but inner beauty as well.“
He later told Kirk that he’s “a really big Christian,” though he admitted to watching church online rather than attending in person. Kirk responded that she went to two different churches but said, “it’s tough to be a believer in the city.”
In a different scene from the episode, which was also resurfaced on social media, Verroi and Kirk go on a one-on-one date to Sugar Momma’s, a since-shuttered Australian restaurant located in Manhattan’s Financial District. Their chemistry seemingly falls flat and Kirk does not make any more appearances on the show.
The former beauty pageant queen previously touched on her reality star past. In a 2019 Instagram post, she revealed that she was offered the chance to be a full-time cast member of “Summer House,” but turned it down to pursue her Juris Master’s in American Legal Studies from Liberty University School of Law.
“To the ones that sent me insane amounts of encouragement & prayer as I silently pursued this degree and made my own career sacrifices (like turning down being a cast member for @bravotv Summer House & other various TV show opportunities),” she wrote, alongside a colleciton of photos of her graduating.
Season 3 of “Summer House” premiered in March 2019; however, the episode Kirk appeared on was likely filmed the year prior. While the exact timing is unclear, 2018 was also the year that she met Charlie. They married in 2021 and were together until his death in Sept. 2025.
Kirk, born Erika Frantzve in 1988, grew up in Arizona and won Miss Arizona in 2012. Besides her Arizona residency, she has also spent time in New York City, Los Angeles, and China.
Bravo’s “Summer House,” which first premiered in 2017, follows a group of affluent New Yorkers who share a house in the Hamptons on weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day. All nine seasons of Bravo’s “Summer House” are available to stream on Peacock. Season 10 is set to premiere on Bravo on Feb. 3, with episodes becoming available the next day.
