Savannah Guthrie assured fans she is “all good” after undergoing a recent vocal cord surgery.
The “Today” show host took to Instagram Monday to share the positive update.
In the snap, Guthrie held up a whiteboard that read, “All good! Thanks for prayers and love,” showing that she is apparently unable to speak for the time being.

Her fans instantly flooded the comments section with warm wishes and saying how much they miss seeing her on their screens.
“So happy to hear all went well ! Sending healing ❤️🩹 vibes,” one wrote.
“Miss seeing you with Craig and Sheinelle. Love you 3. Heal fast and come back,” another added.

On Dec. 19, the journalist announced that she’d be taking some time away from from the talk show to undergo the vocal cord surgery in the new year.
Guthrie, 54, explained on air that she had nodules and a polyp that needed removal, which is why viewers may have noticed that her voice had been “very scratchy and started to crack a little bit.”
She also said she would need to be on vocal rest during the recovery period but insisted the procedure is “not a big, big deal.”

She joked that it sounded like she had “the world’s longest head cold,” but now, she’s “really excited” to finally have some answers and improve her voice.
“This has been going on for years, honestly,” she shared.
Since she wouldn’t be able to speak for a while, Guthrie joked, “Christmas coming early for my family!”
The lawyer shares two children, daughter Vale, 11, and son Charley, 8 with husband, Michael Feldman.

Co-host Sheinelle Jones noted that she had undergone the same surgery and gifted Guthrie the whiteboard, wrapped in a red bow, that she used to “speak” as she recovered.
“The silver lining is you have permission to be still. The house gets quiet, the kids are gonna want to help you out,” Jones said.
“A lot of the greats have done it, maybe you’ll come out singing like, I don’t know, Celine Dion.”
