Copa del Rey draw: Barcelona set to face Racing Santander in last 16

Barcelona have been drawn to face Racing Santander in the last 16 of the 2025-26 Copa de Rey.

The draw took place on Wednesday and saw Hansi Flick’s defending champions paired against a team that have already caused a stir in the competition by dumping out high-flying Villarreal in the last round.

Juan Carlos Arana scored twice for Racing to help secure a 2-1 win despite Ayoze Perez’s late goal which proved to only be a consolation.

The ties are due to take place between 13-15th January and will see Barcelona once again play away from home in a single legged tie.
