Beyond controllers, it’s teased that there’s “always the chance” we could see more “Xbox” branded OEM hardware in 2026, perhaps using the Xbox Full Screen Experience user interface in a similar way to the ROG Xbox Ally handheld.

It’s even mentioned that an Xbox branded PC could potentially be coming out in 2026, described as “credible rumours”, but it’s said that “time will tell whether or not that one pans out”.

Whatever ends up happening, it certainly sounds plausible that Xbox has more hardware to release this year, and then obviously the next Xbox console is on the horizon. Nothing is mentioned in this report about a release date for the console, but a separate report has suggested it could be delayed from a 2027-28 window due to RAM price increases.
