The Ivory Coast powerhouse has slipped down the pecking order with the Ligue 1 club, scoring just one top-flight goal this season

Celtic have reportedly launched a loan bid for Lorient striker Mohamed Bamba.
The Hoops are desperately searching for new attacking options after seeing attempts to lure Kyogo back to Glasgow fall through.
And sources in France say that the Scottish champions are locked in talks over a loan deal for out-of-favour Bamba, which would include an option to buy.
The Ivory Coast Under-23 frontman has fallen down the pecking order with the French club this season and has been used mainly as a sub.
Bamba, 24, has scored just one Ligue 1 goal this campaign.
The powerhouse came off the bench in last week’s home draw with Metz, grabbing an assist.
But he wasn’t included in Saturday’s 3-1 French Cup victory away to Hauts Lyonnais.
Ouest France report that Celtic are keen on a deal for the ex-Wolfsberg forward, who is under contract until 2028.
Bamba made a blistering impact when he first joined Lorient in January 2024, plundering eight goals in 16 Ligue 1 matches.
But he’s been unable to replicate that goalscoring form – and Celts could now offer him a chance to revive his career in Scotland.
