Christina Biegun’s Little Dog Media Group continues its growth in South Florida with the purchase of Oldies/Brokered Talk “True Oldies” 95.3 W237BD Boca Raton, 95.9 W240CI North Palm Beach, and 106.9 W295BJ Jupiter from Vic Canales Meda Group for $2.5 million. W237BD rebroadcasts Audacy’s 104.3 WQAM-HD3 Miramar/Miami, while the latter two rebroadcast JDD Radio’s 104.7 WFLM-HD3 Palm Beach Shores. The buyer owns Talk 1450 WSTU Stuart and 1590 WPSL Port Saint Lucie and is in the process of acquiring multiple translators.
Nelson Diaz’s Airwave Ventures ID 150268 LLC will acquire 105.1 W286BS Milford DE from Jose Ekonomo’s Eko Media Group for $50,000. W286BS rebroadcasts iHeartMedia’s News/Talk 1410 WDOV Dover.

Connoisseur Media sells Silent 1600 KTUB Centerville/Salt Lake City UT to Linda de Romanett’s Bible Clarity for $115,000 as the buyer exercises an option it received from Alpha Media in 2023.
Jerry Henry’s KAHI Corporation sells Talk 950 KAHI/104.5 K283CM Auburn CA to Mary Jane Popp’s Popp Talk Media for $300,000. Popp is a longtime host at the station where she currently hosts Saturday mornings and Sunday evenings.
Full Potential Ministry Domestic Ecclesiastical Corporation purchases 90.3 KDTI Rochester Hills MI from K-Love Inc. for $75,000. The 37 watt station, which currently airs “K-Love 2000s“, will join a group that has four other licenses in Michigan and one in Arkansas.
Randy Michaels’ Radioactive LLC sells 92.5 WBLH Black River/Watertown NY to Michael Stapleford’s Intrepid Broadcasting for $250,000. $200,000 of the purchase has come from LMA payments made since 2008 with the final $50,000 in interest due at closing. WBLH has been operated by Intrepid as Variety Hits “Tunes 92.5“.
Ryan Delaney’s WBCU Radio LLC acquires Country 1460 WBCU/103.5 W278BE Union SC from James Woodson’s Union-Carolina Broadcasting for $335,000.
The estate of James Moore’s JDM Communications sells Full Service Oldies 1430 WYMC/93.9 W230BN Mayfield KY to Douglas Keith Roach and Phillip Chapman’s PK Communications for $86,000. The buyers began operating the station via LMA in August 2025.
Mermel & McClain Management acquire 1340 WIRY Plattsburgh NY from Hometown Broadcasting for $2000. WIRY ceased operations in March 2025 and would surrender its license in September, which was rescinded following the end of the government shutdown in November. The buyers own four stations in Vermont.
Jodesha Broadcasting sells Silent 105.7 KJET Union WA to WSH North Bay Broadcasting for $300,000. Jodesha owner Bill Wolfenbarger will hold a 50% stake in the buyer with Gregory Smith and David Hartman each holding 25%.
Robert Pritts is transferring his 50% stake in Fayette Broadcasting Company’s Full Service 590 WMBS/101.1 W266DB Uniontown PA to fellow 50% holder Steve Pritts for $326,231.88.
Common Communications Northwest receives the CP for 89.3 KVRQ Cathlamet WA from Cascade Community Radio via donation. The deal allows Cascade Community Radio to retain their 101.5 KVRN-LP Portland OR.
Sale Withdrawals
Holy Family Communications has withdrawn its sale of Catholic 970 WESO/101.1 W266DK Southbridge MA to the Daniel Becker led TLM Communications. A previous sale of WESO and sisters 730 WACE Chicopee/Springfield and 1230 WNEB Worcester MA to Journey For Life Media was withdrawn in August.
