Firefly Aerospace, the Texas-based startup that landed a robotic spacecraft on the moon earlier this year, filed for an initial public offering with the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., Jefferies Financial Group Inc. and Wells Fargo & Co. are the leading underwriters for the proposed offering, according to a press release from the company. The spacecraft manufacturer and launch provider intends to list its stock under the ticker symbol “FLY” on the Nasdaq Global Market.
