The New Orleans Fire Department is investigating multiple arsons in the Bywater Neighborhood.NOFD says they were first called out around 1:46 a.m. Monday about a vehicle fire on Montegut Street.When firefighters arrived at the scene, several other calls came in reporting vehicle fires and a home on fire.NOFD says four people were able to escape the house fire on Dauphine Street.
