Cowboys legend Charles Haley has always been a bit of a loose cannon (to put it lightly). And this weekend, the five-time Super Bowl champ seemed unafraid to shoot his shot at Jerry Jones’ daughter in front of the owner himself.
Singing “Happy Birthday” to Charlotte Jones at Dallas’ training camp on Saturday, Haley serenaded the 60-year-old Cowboys heiress with a surprise performance before wrapping up by letting the crowd know how “fine” she was.
“Ay, she’s fine, too, y’all. Lemme tell ya that,” the Hall of Famer said.
Fans reacted to Haley’s half-court heave on X:
“Never change Charles. And front office really trying to say Micah’s behavior is their hold up 😂” a user laughed.
“Um, that was weird…” another replied.
“wtf is this s—t 😆” a fan commented.
“Charles Haley opening things up here in Oxnard with some words of support for Jerry Jones. Even snuck in a ‘She’s fine’ in reference to Charlotte Jones after singing happy birthday to her,” Nick Harris reported. “We’re off and rolling lol.”

Charlotte seemed to appreciate the compliment and gave Charles a friendly hug afterwards. Haley also talked about how talented the Cowboys were this season and how Jerry Jones is “about winning” no matter the cost.
“They have to go out there and earn it, not Jerry. The players have to go out there and earn it,” the two-time All-Pro stated. “Go Cowboys!”
