PADUCAH, Ky. — The St. Louis Cardinals Caravan made a stop at McCracken County Convention Center on Monday afternoon, where hundreds gathered to hear from some of the young prospects on this year’s Cardinals team.

Afterwards, fans got to meet and greet the Cardinals.

“It’s fun, I mean, the fanbase is so passionate,” pitcher Andre Granillo, who made his MLB debut last season, said. “There’s a lot of fans in places that I never would have thought of in my entire life, outside of St Louis, they love their Cardinals baseball. I mean, they’re lining up just to get people’s autographs and asking us a bunch of questions… They know me better than some people. They got pictures that I don’t even have on my own cell phone. So it’s cool. It’s fun to see.”

Granillo and the Cardinals’ pitchers and catchers will report to Spring Training on February 12.
