Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz have stepped out publicly for the first time since their family drama exploded online.

Victoria and David Beckham’s eldest son, 26, and his wife Nicola, 31, were photographed taking an evening stroll in Malibu, California, with one of their rescue dogs in photos posted by the Daily Mail on Thursday, January 22.

The outing marks the couple’s first public sighting since Brooklyn aired out his feud with his famous parents days ago. The newly surfaced images show the pair walking along the shoreline and in good spirits, spending nearly 30 minutes together during the walk. In one photo, Nicola is smiling wide.

The couple, who tied the knot in April 2022, have largely stayed out of the spotlight since Brooklyn addressed the apparent rift with his family — a move that sent shockwaves through social media.

Just days before the photos emerged, Brooklyn broke his silence in a series of Instagram Stories, accusing his parents of repeatedly interfering in his marriage to Peltz and vowing not to reconcile.

In the lengthy statement, Brooklyn accused David, 50, and Victoria, 51, of “trying endlessly to ruin [his] relationship” with Peltz.

“My mum cancelled making Nicola’s dress in the eleventh hour despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress,” Brooklyn wrote.

He also accused the former Spice girl of upstaging the couple’s planned wedding dance, alleging that Victoria interrupted his first dance with Nicola by having Marc Anthony call him to the stage.

Brooklyn claimed Victoria was “waiting to dance with me instead,” and said she “danced very inappropriately on me” in front of their guests, leaving him “humiliated.”

Victoria has not publicly responded to her son’s allegations.

David, however, appeared to indirectly address parenting and values during a CNBC interview on Tuesday, January 20, when asked about young people growing up in the age of social media.

“The bad we’ve talked about with what kids can access these days, it can be dangerous,” he continued. “But what I have found personally, especially with my kids as well: use it for the right reasons. I’ve been able to use my platform and my following for UNICEF. And it’s been the biggest tool to make people aware of what’s going on around the world for children.”

“I’ve tried to do the same with my children, to educate them,” David added.

In addition to Brooklyn, the Beckhams share sons Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20, and daughter Harper, 14.
