(KNSI) – CentraCare is getting ready to open the doors to its newest facility in Sartell, bringing its family medicine services under one roof.

Starting Monday, January 26th, CentraCare is moving to the CentraCare Sauk Crossing facility at 2000 23rd Street South. CentraCare Spokesperson Karna Fronden says the medical provider has been transforming what’s been home to the Eye Center since 2017 into a two-story comprehensive health care destination.

The move relocates primary care services from the current CentraCare Sartell clinic location (the former St. Cloud Medical Group building) across the street to Sauk Crossing, where patients will find modern clinical spaces designed for better collaboration and smoother patient flow.

“This expansion strengthens primary care and makes it easier for patients to get the care they need close to home,” said Dr. Ken Holmen, CEO and President of CentraCare. “By bringing Family Medicine into Sauk Crossing, we’re investing in care models that support today’s needs while positioning us well for the future.”

On the first floor, patients will find CentraCare Eye Center, along with imaging services, lab services, and the school of diagnostic imaging.
The second floor houses family medicine, integrated behavioral health, and medication therapy management.

The project was developed in partnership with HMA Architects and RJM Construction.
