AudacyIn a memo to staff today, Audacy President/CEO Kelli Turner unveiled a new operational structure for the company.

Chief Business Officer and New York Market President Chris Oliviero will lead the Content Organization directly reporting to Turner. Reporting to him will be, Leah Reis-Dennis leading podcast strategy; John Pacino overseeing product; and Jeff Sottolano continuing to oversee programming. Station Brand Managers will now report directly to their Format Vice President as opposed to the Market President.

Chief Revenue Officer Bob Phillips and EVP/Revenue Operations Liz Mozian will also report directly to Turner.

She said, “For decades, radio has been organized by market geography. This legacy model doesn’t best serve our business in today’s digital, multi-market landscape, or leverage the extraordinary talent and scale we have within our formats. Starting this week, we will organize all our programming teams and content by verticals – news, sports, country, alternative, etc – instead of by location. This unlocks greater scale, resources and expertise for our Brand Managers and frees our market leaders to focus intensely on revenue-generating activities.”

Turner also announced a revamped regional structure as Regional President and Dallas Market President Brian Purdy transitions to Senior Advisor. Among the changes will see Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Portland and Seattle join Jeff Federman’s West region. Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Madison, Milwaukee, St. Louis and Wichita will join Mark Hannon’s East and Central Region. Miami and Orlando Market President Claudia Menegus rises to Southeast Regional President overseeing Chattanooga, Gainesville, Greensboro, Greenville, Memphis, Miami, New Orleans, and Orlando.
