Nebraska U.S. Senator Pete Ricketts this week announced the nomination of 36 Nebraskans to the United States Military Service Academies. These exceptional students now move forward in the selection process for admission to the Class of 2030, representing Nebraska’s next generation of military leaders.

“Nebraska’s commitment to our Armed Forces is second to none,” said Senator Ricketts. “Throughout the selection process, these nominees have demonstrated the high moral character and dedication required to lead. I am proud to nominate this impressive group of young Nebraskans to serve our country at our nation’s prestigious service academies.”

In total there are fourteen Air Force Academy, fifteen Naval Academy, ten Military Academy, and nine Merchant Marine Academy nominations.
