CEDAR PARK, Texas — A man was arrested Saturday morning in Cedar Park after forcibly entering an apartment.
According to Cedar Park police, the incident took place at the 1600 block of S Lakeline Blvd. when officers responded to reports of a man with a gun at an apartment complex.
Officers determined a home invasion had occurred. The suspect reportedly threatened an occupant of the apartment with a firearm and assaulted two occupants before fleeing the scene.

The suspect was identified as 24-year-old Donavan Pace of Pflugerville. Central Texas Regional SWAT helped in locating Pace at a residence in Pflugerville. He was taken into custody without incident. A search warrant was executed and the firearm used in the incident was recovered.
Pace was charged with Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit a Felony. Additional charges for Felon in Possession of a Firearm are being reviewed. Pace is being held in the Williamson County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
