Audacy has appointed three new Format VPs as part of the company’s recently announced shift from the traditional market-based structure toward a content-first model organized by format verticals.

To lead the restructured content organization, Chief Business Officer and New York Market President Chris Oliviero will oversee Programming, Podcast, and Product, continuing to report directly to CEO Kelli Turner. Reporting to Oliviero will be Leah Reis-Dennis, who will continue to lead podcast strategy; John Pacino, overseeing product; and Jeff Sottolano, who will continue to run programming in collaboration with Audacy’s central team and format vice presidents. Brand Managers will now report directly to their respective Format VPs.

The new Format VPs are KISW Seattle Brand Manager Ryan Castle (Rock), WSCR Chicago VP of Sports Programming Mitch Rosen (Sports) and WBBM Chicago and WMYX/WXSS Milwaukee Brand Manager Molly Cruz (Top 40).

They join the roster of Audacy Format VPs that already includes Nikki Nite (AC), Jennifer Seelig (All News), Kevin Weatherly (Alternative), Chris Ebbott (Classic Hits), Tim Roberts (Country), Steve Salhany (Hot AC), Drew Anderssen (News/Talk), Jimmy Gonzalez (Spanish), Chris Kinard (Sports), Mike Street (Urban Contemporary), and Skip Dillard (Urban AC and Throwbacks).
