A woman has died after a massive fire at a home in Trenton on Wednesday night, according to the Trenton Fire Department.Butler County emergency crews were called to the scene of the house fire in the 700 block of West Aberdeen Drive, around 4:30 p.m.The fire chief at the scene said two firefighters also sustained minor injuries in the fire. Fire officials also said a dog was rescued from the home and was injured.The name of the woman who died in the fire has not yet been released. The woman was transported by AirCare but died before she made it to the hospital.John Davenport, a neighbor, said he was devastated for the family who suffered an unimaginable loss.”They’re so friendly and it was pretty devastating,” Davenport said. “My wife’s been in tears ever since we found out what was happening, and my heart is just out to her children.”The Ohio State Fire Marshal and county officials are investigating what caused the fire to break out.
