Brunswick County’s residential real estate market closed out 2025 with record-breaking performance, surpassing $3 billion in total sales and setting new highs in overall residential activity.
“2025 was a truly historic year for Brunswick County real estate, with more than $3 billion in residential sales for the first time ever,” said Cynthia Walsh, CEO of the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS (BCAR). “The consistency we saw in 2025, especially from spring through summer, shows just how strong demand is for homes in our area. It also shows the hard work of over 1,100 BCAR members who represented buyers and sellers throughout the year, selling more than 6,300 homes.”
