95.7 The Game KGMZ San Francisco Golden State WarriorsAudacy Sports “95.7 The Game” KGMZ San Francisco will debut the first RDS-based visual geo-targeting for automobile screens over Super Bowl weekend.

The activation, done by Lazer Spots in partnership with Audacy and GeoBroadcast Solutions, will see hyperlocal, over-the-air visual content delivered to in-vehicle displays within a defined five- to six-mile radius surrounding Levi’s Stadium utilizing GBS’ MaxxCasting technology through FM booster signals.

They state that by using Levi’s Stadium as the center point, Audacy will deliver customized visual content to automobile screens within a defined hyperlocal zone. Content may include traffic conditions, weather updates, parking guidance, venue information, and other localized messages, delivered independently on in-vehicle displays without interrupting audio programming.

Audacy San Francisco SVP/Market Manager Kieran Geffert stated, ““Heading into one of the biggest weekends in sports, we’re excited to serve our audience with something new. This activation allows us to deliver timely, location-specific information directly to the dashboard and enhance the event experience for thousands of football fans in a way that’s never been done before.”

GeoBroadcast Solutions said, “The same infrastructure that improves broadcast coverage can also power new experiences during the biggest moments for listeners. This activation signals a broader evolution in how radio can serve audiences and extend beyond audio alone.”
