Another arctic blast is expected to make things dangerously cold this weekend.
One week removed from a six day cold snap that followed a massive snowstorm, an extreme cold warning will go into effect starting at 1:00 tomorrow morning and will run through 10:00 AM for Indiana, Jefferson, Armstrong and a portion of Westmoreland County. AccuWeather Meteorologist Bill Dager said that this blast is going to be stronger.
With wind chills around -25 expected, frostbite could form on exposed skin in less than 30 minutes. People are being advised to avoid going outside during the warning period, or dress in layers and wear a hat, gloves and face mask if you have to go outside.
