It seems that, within all the Beckham mess, parents Victoria Beckham and David Beckham are trying to put Harper at the forefront, but it may already have some hitches in the road.
“Harper has been being soft launched as the new face of the Beckham empire for years,” the insider said to Heat World UK. “Vic has been in talks about doing a teen skincare, beauty and lifestyle brand launch with Sephora. The plan was for it to hit stores next year. Harper has definitely inherited the entrepreneurial genes from her parents and for the last few years, she been going to events with Vic and pitching in with social media ideas – she’s even sat in on business meetings and got advice from [Vogue editor-in-chief] Anna Wintour.”

They added that while they have all of these plans to launch her into the Beckham world has been on pause because of the family feud. “However, all the plans for her own brand are now on ice while the Beckhams navigate this epic escalation of the Brooklyn situation. Both David and Vic are worried that both Harper and Brand Beckham will be in the firing line if they attempt to launch a range with her as the face any time soon… they thinks it’s best to hit pause.”
For those who don’t know, Victoria and David married in 1999 after getting together in 1997. Since then, they’ve welcomed four children named Brooklyn, born in 1999, Romeo, born in 2002, Cruz, born in 2005, and Harper, born in 2011.
A report in The Sun UK found that Victoria had already incorporated a business named H7B Limited. (FYI: Harper’s full name is Harper Seven Beckham.) “So far, Harper has been kept quite private. But there is huge demand from brands who see her as someone lots of other teens would look up to,” a source said. “Posh and Becks can see her potential and she wants to try some things out in the public eye. The wheels are in motion to slowly book some jobs for her.”
They added, “Right now, this is purely an administrative thing. David and Victoria have no immediate plans for anything commercial. It’s simply an exciting and fun option for Harper further down the line.”
Soon after this report came out, Harper secretly made her Instagram debut!
And amid the family feud, photos obtained by InStyle show Harper is turning into a mini version of her mom by donning a $4,300 vintage Chanel bag.
