In a move to bolster its presence in one of North America’s most resource-rich regions, Tenaris has launched a state-of-the-art service centre in Fort St. John, B.C.

Tenaris is expanding its Canadian footprint with a new nine acre Service Center in Fort St. John, BC to support its energy customers operating in British Columbia and Alberta.
The new facility is situated in the Montney Formation — a region known for containing one of North America’s largest natural gas reserves and Canada’s LNG projects.
Service Centers such as these play a vital role to support day-to-day drilling operations in one of Canada’s most viable energy regions. Tenaris operates three Service Centres located in Edmonton, Alta., Grande Prairie, Alta. and now Fort St. John, BC.
Tenaris’s employs more than 1,200 employees and its Canadian footprint includes its Sault Ste. Marie Industrial Centre, three facilities in Alberta including an accessories and pipe threading facility in Nisku, three coating facilities in Edmonton and Camrose, a commercial office in Calgary — as well as a research and development centre in Toronto.
