Ukrainian-made tactical communication systems developed by HIMERA have undergone successful field testing in the United States, integrated into NATO-standard military exercises.
According to the company on February 9, the systems were evaluated during Operation Fuzzy Bunny, part of the Future Flag training series held at ADK Battlelab and the National Security Research Center, in cooperation with the US Air Force and Unconventional Concepts.

The Ukrainian systems—including the G1 PRO radio and autonomous relay modules—were assessed in an operational environment designed to mirror NATO deployment conditions. HIMERA stated that the equipment was deployed with minimal instruction and functioned as the primary coordination tool throughout the exercise.
According to the company’s official report, the HIMERA radios and relays were noted for their compact design, low energy consumption, and ease of use.
The portable radio station G1 PRO demonstrated over 48 hours of autonomous operation, while the B1 and R1 relay units provided plug-and-play deployment and wireless configuration for wide-area network coverage.
“This test confirmed that solutions developed under real combat conditions remain effective in allied environments,” said Misha Rudominsky, co-founder and CEO of HIMERA, in the company’s official statement.

The system’s ability to integrate into existing operational workflows with limited training was described as a key advantage. Teams involved in the exercises were reportedly able to manage network operations independently after only a short familiarization period.
HIMERA’s products have been fielded by Ukrainian forces throughout Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, where the need for secure, mobile, and energy-efficient communication tools has driven domestic innovation.
In a separate announcement, HIMERA disclosed that it had previously fulfilled a government contract for the defense ministry of a NATO member state, which remains unnamed. That country is now reportedly considering wider deployment of the system across additional military units.
The company is continuing to develop an ecosystem of battlefield communication tools. In addition to the G1 PRO and B1, the system includes the R1 relay, capable of internet-based retransmission and full wireless configuration.
