Police have made an arrest in the death of a Bella Vista woman. Terry Rodocker, 82, faces a capital murder charge and two counts of aggravated animal cruelty, all felonies.The Bella Vista Police Department identified the victim as Barbara Rodocker, 80, of Bella Vista.Police also found two injured dogs in the home that since have been euthanized due to the extent of their injuries.Police said officers were called to a home on Queensborough Drive around 10 a.m. on Feb. 8 to conduct a welfare check. When they arrived, police said they found Rodocker deceased inside the residence.Investigators found Terry Rodocker inside the home with what were described as apparent self-inflicted injuries. Authorities said he was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
