The saga of Bravo Trailers in Bristol continues in court.

In late January the cargo trailer manufacturer abruptly shut down, firing 118 employees.

On Monday, a court hearing began over two restraining orders against the company.

The First State Bank of Middlebury filed both. One to protect the building on County Road 8 from utilities being shut off in bitter cold, and another to protect items inside from being taken out.

Bravo allegedly racked up more than $47,000 in unpaid utility bills and defaulted on mortgage payments to the bank.

Bravo and the bank are working out arrangements to allow company officials access to payroll records.
