Commuters along Chemical Road in Plymouth Township were hit with slowdowns during the Tuesday morning rush hour due to a water main flooding the roadway.
NBC10’s SkyForce10 captured images of vehicles headed eastbound along Chemical Road at Gallagher Road at about 8 a.m. having to merge into one lane of traffic as water pooled on the roadway.
As of about 8:30 a.m., crews were at the scene working to address the issue, but traffic was still slowed to one lane through that area.
Officials did not immediately say when this incident might be cleared from the roadway.
