QUINCY (WGEM) – If you are experiencing an unreliable signal when watching WGEM over Spectrum, we want you to know that we are aware of the problem and actively working to resolve it.
Some Spectrum customers throughout our market are currently experiencing signal disruptions when tuning to WGEM. We understand how frustrating this is, especially with Olympic programming currently underway.
We want to be clear: WGEM’s signal is fine. Our broadcast transmission is working properly and over-the-air customers are not reporting problems.
The issue lies with Spectrum’s delivery of our signal to their customers, and they are responsible for resolving it on their end.
We are in direct contact with Spectrum and monitoring the situation closely. We are pushing for a swift resolution to restore reliable service to affected customers.
If you are impacted by this issue, we encourage you to contact Spectrum to report the problem. Your feedback helps them prioritize the fix.
