Several fire crews including Centre Township, Penn Township, Lakeville, and St Joseph County responded to a house fire in the 19000 block of New Road on Saturday evening just before 7:30 p.m.
Upon arrival they found the home fully engulfed in flames.
According to Battalion Chief Litteral, no one was home at the time of the fire, and the homeowner was notified by a neighbor.

There was a dog in the house but there has been no sign of it.
At this time, it is not known was caused the fire.
