The WNBA star, 29, dropped her brutally honest take on LA girls in a TikTok video posted on Sunday, Feb. 15.

“So, I promise you I am not being judgmental, because I think there’s a place for legit everyone, and some people thrive in different areas. I don’t think I’m an LA girl. Like at all. It’s just weird. Like people don’t dance. People don’t even like say, ‘Hi.’ They have no personalities,” Cunningham said in the video, while lying across a bed wearing a beige V-neck sweater. “They have no personalities and they all look the same. It’s weird. Please tell me that’s not weird.”

Cunningham didn’t stop there.

She continued, “All these personalities you see on like Instagram and TikTok, all these famous influencers. I like how they have found a space where they can feel like themselves and gain confidence online, but if you can’t speak to people or look people in the eye, like in person … is that not weird? Am I weird? I mean I know I’m weird, but like, people get so used to talking into their phones.”

The WNBA star ended her honest take by giving some advice to California girls.

“Talk to someone in person. And look like yourself. Ugh”

Sophie Cunningham’s fans agree with her take on LA girls

It didn’t take long for the Fever star’s fans to echo her thoughts, with many flooding the comment section in agreement.

“You are so right Sophie,” one person commented.

“you are 100% correct,” a second wrote.

“I agree 💯,” a third echoed.

“Everyone out there is trying to be like everybody else and not being themselves. That’s what the problem is,” another wrote.

Cunningham is known for giving her honest take on things, so it’s not surprising that she made it clear that she’s not a big fan of Los Angeles.

The Fever star recently defended her decision to continue living in Arizona after the Mercury-Fever trade sent her to Indiana.

It’s actually a simple reason, she likes the weather.

The pro basketball guard frequently gets asked why hasn’t moved out of Arizona yet, so she decided to drop the answer via her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Feb. 1.

At first, she casually shared a weather report from her location in Phoenix, showing 80 degree temperatures and sunny skies. She then posted a selfie of herself rocking a messy bun, while resting her face in her hand, with the caption, “So everyone stop asking why I live in AZ still.”
