The Chicago Cubs will begin selling single-game tickets this week, and in celebration the team will be giving away tickets in a unique way.
The team will be rolling out giant bobbleheads depicting some of the Cubs’ all-time greatest stars, and they’ll be inviting fans to get in on the fun.
According to the Cubs, the bobbleheads will be placed at several iconic locations around Chicago, and will also feature a giant bobblehead box for fans to take pictures at each spot around the city.
The first 150 fans to visit each spot will receive a pair of tickets to a regular season game, according to the team.
The Cubs will also give away stickers, pennants and more at each location.
The giveaways will take place:
7:30-8 a.m. Ben Zobrist Bobblehead at Chicago’s Union Station
8:45-9:15 a.m. Sammy Sosa Bobblehead at Tribune Tower
10-10:30 a.m. Kerry Wood Bobblehead at 875 North Michigan Avenue
11:15-11:45 a.m. 2016 World Series Trophy Bobblehead at DePaul’s Lincoln Park Campus Gate.
Fans who miss out on the opportunity for the free giveaways can purchase tickets on the Cubs’ website beginning at 10 a.m. Friday.
