Hyak Motorsports heads to the heartland this weekend for the Iowa Corn 350 Powered by Ethanol at Iowa Speedway. As the team prepares for the 7/8 mile oval in Newton, IA, they do so with one of the most recognizable names in the energy drink market, NOS Energy Drink. This marks the third race with NOS Energy Drink, continuing the collaboration between two high-energy brands.
In preparation for the Iowa Corn 350 Powered by Ethanol, Hyak Motorsports is heavily focused on qualifying to put the team in a better position for Sundays race. Stenhouse and crew chief, Mike Kelley, have had great success at Iowa Speedway in the past with three wins in Xfinity between 2011 and 2012. “I’m looking forward to going back to Iowa with NOS Energy Drink this year,” said Stenhouse. “We had a great run last June with a top 5 finish. The track has aged a lot, so I’m hoping we can have another great run there.”
