DUNEDIN, Fla. – The Phillies opened the Grapefruit League season with a 3-0 loss to Toronto on Saturday at TD Ballpark.

Only a handful of expected regulars played in the Spring Training opener for Philadelphia. Right fielder Adolis Garcia started and went 0-for-3. One bright spot was Justin Crawford, who collected two of the Phillies four hits. The outfield prospect led off the game with a double and also singled in the fifth inning.

Philadelphia will play their home opener at BayCare Ballpark on Sunday afternoon against Pittsburgh.
