Kristy Ellmer, of New Hampshire, was on a business trip in Dubai when the strikes started. She said she is staying away from the windows in her hotel.”We just heard a massive explosion over our heads,” Ellmer said. “It sounds like they intercepted one over our hotel.”Molony Rosenthal, of Brookfield, grew up in Dubai. “Having grown up in the Middle East, particularly in Dubai, war is nothing unusual; it’s just the neighborhood it’s in,” Rosenthal said.She said she knows many Iranian ex-pats in Dubai.”We are seeing change happen in front of our eyes. It’s all goodness for the Iranian people. Transitions aren’t always easy. There is a certain road ahead, but the steps have been taken on that path,” she said.
