Washington Nationals outfielder Dylan Crews is day-to-day with a ​left thumb contusion ‌after getting hit by a pitch.

X-rays were negative after Crews was ‌struck ​during a ⁠live batting practice ⁠on Saturday, according to MLB Network.

Crews was scratched from Sunday’s ​lineup. He is batting .111 with one ⁠RBI through ⁠four games this ​spring.

Crews, who turned 24 ​last week, batted .208 with ‌10 homers, 27 RBIs and 17 steals in 85 games ⁠for the Nationals last season.

Drafted No. 2 overall by ⁠Washington ‌in 2023, ⁠Crews has batted .211 ​with ‌13 homers, 35 ​RBIs and ⁠29 stolen bases in 116 games since making his MLB debut in 2024.
